Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing time.
Shipping for all orders takes 2 to 3 business days with final delivery date determined by USPS. Once order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Signature is required upon delivery.

ORDER PROCESS

All orders must verified by cardholder. All billing information and/ or shipping must match billing address. Sylvia Virgin Hair has the right to decline an order due to suspect of fraudulent orders.You will receive an email with a tracking number after your items are shipped.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, pandemic or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that national holidays do not count as business days.
NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE
-All sales items and final sale items cannot be refunded.
-Once you received your items please ensure it is exactly what you ordered before using them.
-Due to federal health regulations all of our hair extensions are final sale . We do not offer refunds on any hair extensions purchases.
-If you believe that you have received defective merchandise please contact us immediately at info@Sylviavirginhair.com.
-We will not allow an exchange if the items have any signs of being worn.
FRAUD & THEFT
ANY FORMS OF THEFT (credit card / PayPal ) OF OUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW
